AMWELL Auto Body hereby provides a Limited Warranty on repairs performed by the Shop. This Limited Warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle, and is for the person to whom this Limited Warranty if granted and whose name appears on the original work order.
1. Metalwork: AMWELL Auto Body provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all metalwork, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.
2. Painting, stripes and decals: AMWELL Auto Body provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation
3. Mechanical Repairs: AMWELL Auto Body provides a One (1) Year Limited Warranty on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage, excluding suspension, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components.
4. Parts: AMWELL Auto Body provides a One (1) Year Limited Warranty, unless mfg. warranty is less, on New OEM parts installed by or at the Shop

A deer ran into our car on Rt. 287. It took out the driver's side fender. My insurance company referred me to 5 local autobody shops. I chose Amwell Auto Body because they could arrange to do the work in a week's time and they were located in about a 6 mile radius from my house. The other conveniently located shops either could not take the car in for weeks, or they did not even return my phone calls. The fender damage was interfering with opening the drivers side door, making entry and getting out of the car very difficult. When a took the car in for the initial estimate, one of the Amwell Auto Body technicians used a specialized tool to free up the door so that the car could be used, for the time being, before bringing the car back for the repair. This was no easy task and I was impressed with the technician's skill it determining a solution. The car was ready for me to pick up on the day originally promised. The paint on the brand new fender was matched perfectly. The car was cleaner than when we dropped it off. The interior was vacuumed and the body was waxed. This was the first autobody work my family needed in over 20 years, so I have no way to compare with other shops. But, I don't know what else I could want in this type of service. The arrangements between my insurance company and the autobody shop was transparent to me and painless. When I picked up the car, I paid my $100 deductible and drove off. Everything went as explained by my insurance agent and Amwell's office staff. No surprises. Hopefully, I will never need their services again. But, I would definitely use them again. P.S. They were even classy enough to send me a Thank You card for giving them my business.

This shop took over 50 days to fix a problem that was estimated to take 8 days to repair. Atrocious communication from them - no phone calls or updates for weeks and no returned phone calls ever. DO NOT GO HERE. STAY AWAY!!!!
